Daily God's offer #2 : Collar

After last ocassion I didn't do much thing today.  I really intend to take a rest-break time because I still have activities until mid-June.

Tuesday, May 16. A potrait from my second play-stage these months. Irawan send me this picture. I rarely look like this when I play the violin.  This is remind me of when I used to sing in church.

Early in the morning, after two days of not coming home, my mother called me because she received a package.  It turned out that this was from Aeny Nur Azizah, a student from the Raudlatuttalibin Islamic boarding school - Rembang who lead by the Kyai that I admire, A. Musthofa Bisri.  We got to know each other during my Safari Sastra tour last February.  The package contains a birthday gift, a t-shirt with a fragment of the famous Gus Mus poem on it.  Coupled with photos and sayings of prayer in Arabic, I don't understand what is written in it hehe.  But I love this gift..

Towards noon I had to accompany my mother to attend my mother's favorite youngest son's school farewell.  So he already graduated from high school this year.

When I got home I was going to take a nap.. Because I was really tired.  And woke up at 5pm.  Cep Thoriq contacted me to meet, but suddenly I had a meeting with teachers at school to finish 'the rest of yesterday's'.

We talked almost until midnight, and one person left. He tells about his love story tho. To see young guy with blooming heart,  It's really nice to listen something like that. For some reason I feel a little jealous that I don't get times or kind of feeling like that.  But yeah.. With all the things I have now I don't think I'm ready to have those things again either.

Wednesday, May 17.
Despite being exhausted and staying up late, I managed to get up early.

I started the day with breakfast on the banks of the Chi Nan Xi river.  The weather is warm although the sky is not completely clear.  Flowing river, green and wide rice fields, also the sound of nature, this place is still one of my favorite places. Gotta news from local, in the next few years this place will be converted into a market area.  So I have to enjoy this place a lot before that happens.

Visiting Wildan who started gardening. He planted ground kale and ketchup.  In his place I also took a picture with a giant taro leaf.

Back to Suryashvara, I picked the Ja'at from the second floor garden of Wa Haji Ubed for my Sister, but it turned out to be too old to eat. Hahaa i have no idea about this uniqe form veggie.

In the afternoon I went to the Islamic boarding school area for tomorrow night's rehearsal. Kalyani really working hard this month though.

The rehearsal ended at 11 pm. As i just as an additional member of this performance. I let Gibran for the rest. He's the cool youth art prod-manager.
